I have been absolutely loving this meal lately. It’s super easy, simply to make, nutritious and delicious. I change it up every time but basically I just cut up vegetables like Broccoli, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Bell pepper, Sweet potatoes, Tomatoes, Zucchini.Throw it all in a pan starting with the vegetables that need the longest to cook. Towards the end I add 2 free range, organic eggs and spice it with pepper, ground chilli and nutritional yeast. And sometimes I also enjoy throwning some beans or chickpeas in there.
